5. Card Condition

Card condition is assessed according to generally accepted industry standards.

• Near Mint (NM)

• Lightly Played (LP)

• Moderately Played (MP)

• Heavily Played (HP)

• Damaged (DMG)

Condition assessments are subjective. Minor differences in grading opinions do not constitute grounds for refunds or disputes.

6. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by The Golden Dragon Collectibles.

Payment must be successfully received before products are shipped unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or unauthorized payment activity is suspected.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times provided on the website are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier companies

• Customs inspections

• Weather conditions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
