1. Overview

At The Golden Dragon Collectibles, we aim for a fair and practical approach to returns. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days after receiving your order.

To start a return, you must contact us within this period and request a return in consultation with us.

3. Returns Only in Consultation

All returns are handled in consultation.

If you want to return an item, you must contact us first via WhatsApp before sending anything back.

We will review your request and confirm whether the return is accepted and how it should be handled.

Returns sent without prior agreement may be refused.

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • All original packaging must be included.
  • The item must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery.
  • The return must be approved by us before shipping it back.

We may reduce a refund if the item has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Unless agreed otherwise in consultation, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened booster packs or sealed products
  • Mystery boxes or mystery items
  • Custom or special orders
  • Digital goods or gift cards
  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable

6. Single Cards

Single Pokémon cards may be eligible for return within the legal withdrawal period, provided they are returned in the same condition.

Any signs of wear, damage, bending, cleaning, or alteration after delivery may result in refusal of the return.

7. Graded Cards

Graded cards may only be returned if:

  • The slab is unopened and undamaged
  • The item is returned exactly as received

Grading differences or opinion differences are not valid return reasons.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will handle this in consultation and propose a solution such as replacement, refund, or store credit.

9. Return Shipping

Return shipping is only allowed after approval from us.

If the return is:

  • Our mistake or a defective item → we may cover return costs
  • A change of mind → return costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise

10. Refunds

Refunds are only processed after:

  • We have received and inspected the returned item, and
  • The return has been approved in consultation

Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.

Original shipping costs are generally not refunded unless required by law or agreed in consultation.
